AEM has been appointed as the Architect of Record (AOR) and Project Management Consultant (PMC) for this project. Our role includes overseeing detailed authority submissions, technical compliance, tendering, and managing on-site execution to ensure seamless delivery in line with the client’s objectives.

The home is designed to balance privacy and openness, with generous glazing to invite natural light while maintaining a refined urban character. Through our PMC oversight, we coordinate every phase—ensuring quality standards, budget alignment, and full adherence to Dubai Municipality regulations.
