This visualization project, developed for an ultra-luxury villa in Dubai Hills Estate, showcases contemporary architecture with elegant design, premium finishes, and expansive spatial planning tailored for modern living. Delivered between 2025 and 2026 for a leading Dubai property developer, AEM provided advanced VR visualization services, including immersive 360-degree walkthroughs and high-quality virtual presentations, enabling stakeholders to experience the design in detail prior to construction and ensuring alignment with both functional needs and the project’s luxury vision.

This modern corporate office in Jebel Ali was designed and delivered by AEM Engineering Consultancy for Safe Mix, involving the demolition of existing structures and construction of a new two-story headquarters. The design reflects a contemporary identity with clean lines, high-performance glazing, and a striking double-height glass entrance lobby that creates a strong first impression. Internally, the space is efficiently organized with reception areas, executive offices, open workspaces, and meeting rooms to balance functionality and client engagement. As Lead Consultant, AEM managed the full scope including architectural, structural, and MEP design, authority approvals, tendering, and end-to-end project management to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with the client’s vision.
