Corporate Offices - Jabel Ali

This modern corporate office in Jebel Ali, Dubai was designed and managed by AEM Engineering Consultancy for Safe Mix. The project involved demolishing existing structures and constructing a new two-story headquarters that reflects Safe Mix’s brand through clean lines, high-performance glazing, and a balanced contemporary façade.

The building features a striking double-height glass entrance lobby, creating a grand, welcoming statement. Inside, the layout is thoughtfully organized with reception spaces, executive offices, open work areas, and meeting rooms—designed for both functionality and client presence.

As Lead Consultant, AEM provided full architectural, structural, and MEP design, authority submissions, tendering, and complete project management, ensuring seamless delivery and quality execution aligned with the client’s vision.
